Bravo President Yudhoyono :
For Cheap House Program

The emergence of plan program about Cheap Houses for low-income, like a fresh breeze in the hot weather. Why not? The dispossessed are still battered hardship as subsistence prices that always go up start from chili, rice, fuel up, electricity, cooking gas, kerosene is not affordable, high healthcare costs, and so on.

Not surprisingly, the number of poor people in Indonesia is not reduced, but have increased. Because, just to eat they are very difficult. In villages far from the frenetic economic activity, many people can not afford rice. They, eating rice that is not worthy of consumption, consuming even tiwul, cassava, maize, and some who can only eat vegetables.

In urban areas, the suburbs peoples may still be able to eat rice. With their best to earn just enough to buy food, but they live in places unfit for habitation or in a cheap rental house. So, when the Cheap House Program truly realized, it seems to give a little coolness. For this so-so we say: 'Bravo to President Yudhoyono.'

According to this plan in 2011 the Ministry of Housing will try to build about 100,000 units of low-cost housing and very cheap. Houses priced at 20-25 million rupiahs is for people who earn between Rp. 1.2 to 2 million per month. While the house is very cheap worth Rp. 5-10 million earmarked for people earning less than Rp. 1.2 million per month. (Tribun Jabar, March 18, 2011).

Cheap price is possible, because the government will help provide the land. It is appropriate to use state power to empower and welfare of the people, is not it? Minister of State for Housing, Suharso Monoarfa revealed today are 50 and City District Government of Indonesia which is ready to provide land for the construction of low-cost housing.

Hopefully, this cheap house program can be truly realized. It would be good if the government focus and expand programs that direct hit on the welfare of the people like this. Not just plans and promises, but actually be realized. (Annisa PR Team)
